Welcome Aboard – Your Final Step!
Once your application is sent to U.S. Naval Sea Cadet Corps Headquarters, you’re almost there! The final step is receiving your official Sea Cadet ID card—your ticket to becoming an official member of the division.

When it arrives, bring it with you to every Sea Cadet event. Guard it carefully—just like you would any other piece of Navy gear—because replacing it costs $20.

At this point, you’re officially aboard. Your journey as a Sea Cadet begins!
